How Hello's two text-message programs work: how to opt in, message frequency, costs, and how to reply STOP or HELP.
1. Our text-message programs
Text messages are sent by Hello (Code Pantry LLC DBA Hello). There are two programs:
- Hello (transactional): replies about your inquiry, consultation, audit or account, including scheduling, reminders, confirmations and support replies.
- Hello Marketing (marketing): product updates, webinars and offers.
2. How to opt in
You opt in only by ticking the optional, unticked checkbox for a program on one of these forms: Contact Us, Contact Support, Book an AI Implementation Consult and Request an AI Implementation Audit. Each program has its own checkbox, and neither is required to submit a form.
Entering a phone number alone, accepting our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, or booking through a third-party scheduling tool does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
3. Frequency, costs, STOP and HELP
- Hello: Message frequency varies.
- Hello Marketing: Message frequency varies (up to 4 per month).
- Msg & data rates may apply. Hello does not charge for text messages.
- Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and no further messages from that program. You may also opt out by emailing hello@usehello.ai or calling (314) 972-3674.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@usehello.ai or (314) 972-3674.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Vendors that deliver messages or receive our form submissions on our behalf may process this information only to provide the service.
