Most demos run about 30 to 45 minutes. We leave time for your questions and clear next steps.
No. We use what you share on this form to prepare realistic scenarios. How we connect to your EHR, PMS, or telephony is something we map during discovery and in your proposal, not a prerequisite to see the product.
We structure demos so you do not need to share real PHI. Synthetic examples or redacted workflows keep the session useful and comfortable for compliance teams.
A decision maker plus someone close to daily phones and scheduling usually gets the most from the session, for example a physician owner or director with a practice or office manager.
