How it works: Runtime health checks continuously monitor provider status. When degradation is detected, the orchestration layer automatically switches to the secondary stack. If both AI stacks are unavailable, calls route to designated human endpoints with full context preserved.

Service Credits

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the affected month. Credits apply to future invoices only and do not apply to usage-based fees.

What's Not Included

For transparency, the following events are excluded from availability calculations:

  • Upstream carrier or PSTN provider outages
  • Third-party AI model provider outages
  • Customer-side connectivity or configuration issues
  • Scheduled maintenance windows (48hr notice provided)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
  • Customer-requested maintenance

Note: While these events are excluded from SLA calculations, our multi-provider architecture is specifically designed to mitigate impact from upstream provider outages.
